Shipping Policy

Domestic (Turkey) Shipping:
Orders within Turkey are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery times depend on your location, with most orders arriving within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:
For worldwide delivery, we use DHL to ensure fast and secure shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location

TURKEY (DOMESTIC)	2-3 business days
EU COUNTRIES	3-5 business days
A.B.D & AUSTRALIA & CANADA	3-7 business days
OTHER COUNTRIES	7-10 business days

For personalized or made-to-order items (such as wedding candy, bachelorette and wedding accessories, bridal shoes, invitation cards, etc.), delivery timelines may differ. Specific delivery details are provided on each product's page.

Important Notes for International Orders:

Customs delays are beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
